If an oil doesn’t agree with you

Stop using it and wash it off with a mild shampoo. If your skin or scalp stays red, swollen or sore, see a doctor or pharmacist. If your face swells or you have trouble breathing, call 911.

Then tell us. Write to hello@yedidem.ca with “Reaction” in the subject, the product’s name, the batch code on the bottle, and what happened. We read every one. On a first order, you can swap it for another oil we match, within 30 days of delivery.

You can also tell Health Canada through its incident report form.

If someone swallows an oil

Call a poison centre right away: 1-844-POISON-X (1-844-764-7669) connects you to the one where you are. In Quebec, call the Centre antipoison du Québec at 1-800-463-5060. In an emergency, call 911.

Medical questions

We aren’t doctors and can’t give medical advice. For a question about your health, or about changes in your hair or scalp, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Some quiz answers send you to a doctor first: How matching works says which.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Officer answers every privacy request. Write to hello@yedidem.ca with “Privacy” in the subject to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. The privacy policy has the details.

Stopping our emails

Use the unsubscribe link at the end of any email, or write to us. We stop within 10 business days, and usually the same day.
